Star Ratings Australia - 2019 Gold List Achiever

We’re very proud to have been awarded a place on Star Ratings Australia’s 2019 Gold List.  The good news came a week ago, that we have achieved the highest travellers’ ratings via Star Ratings Australia’s tracking program.  In their words, we’re ‘demonstrating a consistent commitment to exceeding our guests’ expectations’.

It’s wonderful for our team to be given this recognition, especially after a very exciting year and a half that included the launch of our Coastal Pavilions, Mountain Terrace rooms, Lodge King and Min Lodge refurbishment.

Star Ratings Australia is the national standard for authentically and officially rated accommodation properties.  The rating applies only to tourism accommodation providers who are thoroughly accredited as a ‘Quality Tourism Accredited Business’. Looks out for the ‘Quality Tourism’ logo when you’re planning your Tasmanian holiday, as it signifies that the business you’re supporting is a fully licensed and insured industry member.

This is another great achievement for our team in 2019, after winning ‘Best Accommodation’ at the East Coast Tourism ‘Great Eastern Drivers’ awards in June 2019. In addition, we were very proud to achieve Eco Star environmental accreditation in 2019, recognising our sustainability practices and credentials.
