Enjoy a cocktail and canapés in Hazards Bar and Lounge while watching the sun set over Great Oyster Bay. Then make your way through to The Bay Restaurant where your table and bottle of Tasmanian wine awaits. Delight in a personalised Chef-written menu which includes capapes, an entree, main course and shared dessert platter.

  • Booking must be made 24 hours in advance 
  • Large group bookings are available, room hire fee and additional costs will need to be considered
  • Dancefloor and AV available for larger group bookings
