Enjoy an evening of exquisite food and wine at Freycinet Lodge.
Hosted by Spring Vale Vineyard’s winemaker, Barry Kooij, our five-course degustation will begin in Hazards Bar with Spring Vale sparkling wine, served while you enjoy live music by Pete Cornelious.
The dinner will then move to a private dining room at the Lodge, where makers from Tongola Cheese and Yumbah Bicheno, suppliers of our local abalone, will introduce you to their courses, matched to Spring Vale Vineyard’s finest drops.
Our chefs have created a menu of delicate and versatile flavours, to showcase our regional specialties and perfectly accompany the character of Spring Vale’s wines.
